Q1. How can I order?

Simple Purchasing Steps

Step 2 : Login as a member
Step 3 : Select your favor products from our list and add them onto your shopping cart.
Step 4 : When finish your online shopping, press [Checkout]
Step 5 : Parcel(s) weight and shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated. For bulk parcel which shipping cost does not immediately calculated, our Customer Service Representative will contact you soon about shipping fee to your destination.
Step 6 : Follow the guideline to settle the payment.
Step 7 : You can view all your orders in the my account.
( As stocks level is changing every minute, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just out-stock every hour, our CS will describe to you in detail, and let you decide whether you would like wait or exchange for another style to enable faster postage. All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your member account for latter use.)
Step 8 : Tracking number will be sent to you when parcel is delivered.

Q2. What are the minimum order?

Q2. Our min order is 10 pcs, could be 1 model 1 pcs.

Q3. What's meaning of "Free Size", do you plus size?

Q3. All of our clothes are free size. "Free Size" means middle size, could fit stander figure. In general, free-size blouse and dress are suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies to wear. Free size usually means M size in China, but maybe size S in western countries.

Q4. what's shipping method for transportation? How much it cost?

A4. Unless specially requirement, we use EMS (Express Mail Service), DPEX (http://www.dpex.com/) and DHL for shipping. our summer clothes weight about 5pcs = 1KG, winter clothes weight about 3pcs =3KG, please refer from the page of shipping cost.

Q5.How do I know the quality of your product?

A5. Our product quality is good relatively to Wholesale price. The pictures of these products are taken from real object. And we try our best to keep the quality good as we can. Almost 90% buyers place their subsequent orders after the first order. Our products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market. You are welcome to place a trail order to see if our products are suitable for your market, before mass shipment.

Q6. Can I pay through paypal?

Q6. Yes, we accpet Paypal, Western union, monygram and T/T. but if using paypal, you have to pay 5% charges. For full payment details please check from the page of payment method.

Q7 What if the products received are defective, can I return or exchange for new ones?

Q7. Please be informed the fact that most minor problems can be easily fixed. As products are inspected twice for no prominent defects before packing.

Q8 Does your company have product catalogue?

A8. We have an online catalogue, which includes all updated items without watermark ciciam.com. please contact our customer service to get the link.

Q9 Why the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?

A9.Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank charge you in the process of telegraphic transfer. That’s because, if the bank in which you make payment has not business relation with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If this happen, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay us.

Q10. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?

A10. We would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price does not include tax of Custom. We'll try our best to help our clients avoiding taxes of custom, but coz of the complexity of different countries’ Custom, we are not sure if your package will pass custom without tax.

Q11.How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for Hot-sale styles, we’ll restock quickly

Q12. Do you need an Export License?
No, you don't need Export Lcense because new rule said all countries in the world importing clothes from china do not need to offer the Export License. They only need to provide CO of the cost at US$20. This new trade policy started since 2009.
